The crusty blonde working drive thru taking orders at the Belton, MO location needs to sound a lot less impatient and actually ask “classic, blackened, or spicy” for all meals and what side for the meals. Didn’t get asked a side for the kids meal nor what kind of chicken for the other 3 meals. We specifically said 1 unsweetened tea and 1 sweet tea. She did both sweet. Also missed a side with order. She’s too busy on her phone right in front of the window and also while talking people orders too worried about her phone.
